Originally from Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, LITOS began tattooing at a young age and later continued his professional journey in Florida, where he became part of the foundation of the modern tattoo community. His early years at Lou’s Tattoos helped shape his discipline, work ethic, and respect for the craft. In 2001, LITOS and his wife Julie founded Forbidden Images Tattoo Studio, creating a place where clients could feel heard, respected, and guided through meaningful custom tattoo work. LITOS specializes in realism, black & gray, color realism, Japanese-inspired tattoos, portraits, memorial tattoos, cover-ups, floral work, geometric elements, and large-scale sleeves.
